Trucks not included in term. In view of the fact that Legislature considered automobiles and trucks as two distinct vehicles for registration and tax purposes, Legislature did not intend, in making entry into an automobile, burglary, word "automobile" as general term to include trucks. 2. Criminal Law ? Statutes ? Interpretation of criminal statute. No interpretation should be given any word which would make an act a crime unless it is clear the Legislature intended that interpretation should be given the word. 3. Criminal Law ? Evidence ? Accomplice ? Evidence insufficient to convict. Where statute required testimony of accomplice to be corroborated by other evidence, and confession of accused was obtained through promises of leniency, without other corroborating testimony, evidence was insufficient to sustain conviction. 4. Criminal Law ? Indictments and Informations ? Confession not admissible. Where accused confessed to act of burglary on promise by county attorney that charge of prior conviction would be dropped, confession was not admissible in evidence.
